Other Services Provided by HAM

The Humanist Association of Massachusetts is one of the founding members of the Coalition of Humanist, Atheist and Ethical Organizations of Massachusetts (CHAEOM) which works to further the views of secular organizations in our area.

One of HAM's most recent and ongoing achievements is the monthly TV program, "The Humanist Connection" which is aired on Channel 10 on Cambridge and Lexington Cable vision.

HAM has also received national attention for its efforts in promoting a rational alternative (SMART Recovery) to 12-step faith based dependency program. In 1990, this option was officially approved by Massachusetts.

Our executive director, Thomas Ferrick, gives lectures to both the humanist community and the general public.
